SCHEDULE

AFTER THE FIRST WEEK HEAD COACH WILL COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY TO FAMILIES.

 

THE NUMBER OF ROOKIE TACKLE TEAMS

IF THE ROOKIE TEAM HAS ENOUGH PLAYERS TO HAVE TWO TEAMS, IT WILL BE A JV/ VARSITY STRUCTURE AT THIS LEVEL AS WELL.

(10-12 PLAYERS, IDEALLY PER TEAM)  

 

 

Rookie Tackle will practice three nights a week until 8/23/2019 and then move to two nights a week.

What is the difference between Varsity and Junior Varsity?

-Varsity Teams are teams that compete for a league championship.
-JV Teams are instructional focused teams with no undue emphasis on winning. 

 

 

Are the Oxford Golden Bears a traveling organization?

 Yes. As a part of the Bert Bell Memorial Conference, the Golden Bears will play a regular-season schedule consisting of 4 home games and 4 away games. Our away schedule will consist of games against various Delaware and Chester County Bert Bell Teams.
